Marketing Coordinator

Employer: ELEVATE Northeast

Type: Contract - Hourly - Remote

The Marketing Coordinator is a key member and public-facing representative of #TeamELEVATE. Working primarily with ELEVATE's executive director and social media coordinator, this individual is ready to contribute their creativity and project management skills, and is primarily responsible for:

 

  • Assisting with the production of ELEVATE Northeast events, including speaker outreach, media relations, and day-of tech support

  • Producing effective and engaging weekly emails 

  • Proofreading member-submitted blog posts

  • Updating elevatene.org with new events, blog posts, and other updates

  • Posting ELEVATE events to relevant social media and online event platform

  • Supporting educational programs with material development and day-of technical support as needed


Successful candidates are experienced marketers with exceptional writing and organization skills. Candidates with experience using Mailchimp, Canva, Zoom, CRM systems and Wordpress are encouraged to apply by sending a detailed cover letter, recent relevant work samples, and resume to team@elevatene.com

Membership Coordinator

Employer: ELEVATE Northeast

Type: Contract - Hourly - Remote

The Membership Coordinator is a key member and public representative of #TeamELEVATE. Working remotely, this individual is primarily responsible for:

 

  • Montioring member registrations and addressing registration and/or payment issues with payment processor

  • Running membership reports and presenting stats and recommendations to the ELEVATE Northeast executive team

  • Creating effective collateral and processes for onboarding and nurturing business and individual members

  • Collaborating with ELEVATE's director of finance to produce and analyze member-related financial reports
